What is my cost for a Philips Sonicare products?

The discounted amount you are eligible to receive is fully covered and is not deducted from your insurance benefit. The discount is applied at the time of purchase and you are responsible for the remaining cost at the time of purchase. Your cost is dependent on the product you choose and the discount you are eligible for. Shipping is free. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

How do I take advantage of this offer?

After the completion of your risk assessment, your provider will give you a special QR code that you can open with your smartphone to select the product you would like to purchase. The prices shown on this website reflect your discount. Please note that this is a one-time offer and you may only purchase one product at the discounted rate.
